I am obsessed with good consumer electronics.  I like well-designed computers, video game systems, and high-definition-everything.  I've spent time modding Xboxes, putting together home theater systems, building computers, and doing other similar nerdy things with awesome results.

A huge part of putting together a cool system is upfront research.  Looking up parts, figuring out how they work together, and often times figuring out what's wrong and trying to fix it.  This can be a lengthy process that involves (sometimes fruitless) Google searches and tons of trial and error.

This website serves a few different purposes.  First, it allows me to document some of the issues I've gone through when building something - both for my own reference and to help others out there who may have encountered the same problems I did.  Second - like any personal website - it's a venue for me to write a bit about some things that are interesting to me.

Enjoy reading through the site - I'll bet you will find at least one thing that interests you.
